TWP Approval Certificates are issued to expatriates required for short-term projects — such as installation, training, and commissioning work — in Nigeria. The nature of the assignments must be highly technical, such that the skills required cannot be sourced locally.
This is required for long term employment. The process is initiated in Nigeria and the Expatriate would be required to visit the Nigerian Embassy in his/her country of origin or place of legal residence for Bio-metric capturing. e-CERPAC would be issued at the end of the approval process for traveling, entry, work and residency purposes. A tamper-proof green card would subsequently be issued while the Assignee is in Nigeria carrying out his employment obligations.
e-CERPAC is also granted to spouse and adult children of 18 years and above.
